Health - Healthy Eating
All of us want to maintain a healthy and balanced diet though not everyone actually practices it or tries to maintain it. Our main goal when it comes to food is by eating but not putting on the pounds, and in doing that, we sometimes eat more of one food group than the other. The thing is, eating a well-balanced meal is not rocket science. All you need to know is the basic food groups- six groups to be exact.
