It's been a busy day, and you've only just got back from the
office. Your kids are tired, you're tired, and your partner is
tired. You can't just leave everything as it is and go to sleep
though. You have a family to look after, and you need to feed
them. So you go through the fridge in the hopes that you'll find

Sometimes it's just not possible and we have to accept that,

This sometimes entails a little trickery on our part but
otherwise how can you ever line up the three main factors that

Since fries is a firm favorite amongst my whole family I get a
packet of oven bake fries and cut down on the grease from that.
Next I'll try and go with a little bit of oven baked chicken,
but this is where I resort to a little bit of sleight of hand. I

I add a little bit of extra spices and such to the mix that I
know my kids enjoy.
