Nutrition - Why is Nutrition Important?

You're, no doubt, aware that a person has to eat less calories that he or she burns in order to lose weight, but do you ever really consider your nutrition when you take into account what you eat? It's a vital part of your day to day living, and most people over look it because they want to shed weight. I am going to outline the three most important parts of nutrition for you so that you can fully understand why you should not only be watching your calorie intake, but also be able to live a healthier life.
