Is the Lack of Nutrition in the US Food Supply Causing an Increase in Common Health Disorders?

This article proposes that the increase in common health disorders and diseases in the U.S. over the last 40 years is related to the reduction in nutrition in the U.S. food supply. Therefore, it may prudent to take nutritional supplements to maintain optimal health and to prevent common health disorders such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes, it is suggested that supplemental vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients be taken on a daily basis.
