What is Intermittent Fasting?

I'm here to explain to you what is intermittent fasting. It's actually quite a new phenomenon after a recent study came out showing that people that tried it out lost weight, increased health and were believed to have a long lifespan. Even though the science is relatively new and there isn't much out there, a lot of people believe this is going to the next big thing in the way we eat.
