Organic Healthy Lifestyle

Organic food is a term used for food produced according to certain agreed technical standard of production, that is grown without the use of pesticides, man-made fertilizers, preservatives or artificial colorings, etc. As for livestock, they are to be reared without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones and must not be genetically modified. In many other countries, organic food producers are required to obtain organic certification in order to market their food product as organic.
